About Jenny Rendahl

Jenny has a teaching degree in home and consumer studies (HCS) and has a master's degree in Home economic science at the Department of Home Economics, Gothenburg University in 2003.
 

Jenny´s thesis is about adolescents and their perceptions of food messages. The overall aim of this doctoral thesis is to elucidate adolescents’ perceptions of which actors that mediate messages about food, the content of these messages and how the adolescents handle these messages in their everyday life.
