Food Service Management

The programme gives you the necessary skills to independently lead and develop large-scale catering establishments. The programme focuses on diet and health, combined with business administration – always from an ecological and social perspective.

Food service managers are responsible for providing nutritious, tasty and affordable food in schools, hospitals, community centers and other places that serve food in a large scale. As a food service manager you can, for example, become a restaurant manager, chef or diet consultant.
