Om Christina Berg

Jag arbetar som professor i kostvetenskap. Mitt forskningsintresse är främst faktorer som påverkar människors livsmedelsval och kostvanor samt hur man kan arbeta hälsofrämjande. Just nu håller jag bland annat på med ett hälsofrämjande projekt i Angered tillsammans med andra forskare vid Göteborgs universitet, Angereds närsjukhus och VGR.

Som bakgrund kan nämnas att jag är legitimerad dietist och disputerade hösten 2002. Min avhandling har titeln ”Influences on schoolchildren’s dietary selection: Focus on fat and fibre at breakfast” och behandlar livsmedelsval hos barn och ungdomar och faktorer som påverkar detta.
